If your usual worker is away, we’ll let you know in advance and aim to send someone already familiar with your plan. If anything ever feels off or needs adjusting, you can contact Caring Aid to talk about your options.
Once a referral comes through, we’ll get in touch within 1–2 business days to confirm details. We’ll then arrange a time to learn more about the participant’s needs and how we can help.
